The Target Market Determination (TMD) describes who this product may be suitable for based on likely needs, objectives and financial situation. Investment amounts
  • Minimum investment: $10,000

Investment Anniversary Date (minimum holding period) 3 months to 2 years from the date your application is accepted by the RE
Income frequency Income is accrued daily and paid monthly
Unit pricing The Fund’s net asset value (NAV) per Unit is calculated each Business Day at the close of business.
Applications Applications are processed daily.
Withdrawals Withdrawal requests are subject to the terms of investment. Investors can access their investment by providing a completed, written Withdrawal Notice to the Registry prior to the Notice Date applicable to the class of Unit held.
Notice Date The Notice Date refers to a date prior to the Anniversary Date of the investment. For Class A1 3-month Green Units and Class A2 6-month Green Units, for a Withdrawal Notice to be processed on the applicable Anniversary Date, the notice must be received at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the Anniversary Date of the investment. For Class A3 and Class A4 Units, notice must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the Applicable Anniversary Date of the investment.
Switching Investors can apply to switch their investment into a different class of Unit at the Anniversary Date of their initial investment. Investment Switch requests received within 30 days of the Anniversary Date will be processed on that date subject to the application cut-off time, or the next Business Day if the date is not a Business Day. Management fees 0.30% per annum of the NAV of the Fund (including GST net of RITC)

The Class A1 3-month Green Units and Class A2 6-month Green Units have been certified as Climate Bonds by the Climate Bond Initiative. It is not guaranteed that this certification will be retained, and the Climate Bond Initiative may withdraw the certification at any time in its absolute discretion.
