BC Invest Australian Credit Fund
The Fund aims to provide investors with an attractive income return, paid monthly, that is generated by a diverse portfolio of Australian mortgage-backed securities. These securities provide investors access to several pools of first mortgage loan receivables secured by Australian residential and commercial real property.
The Fund will provide investors with a choice of several investment options, each differentiated by its investment Anniversary Date (or minimum holding period) and annualised Target Income Return rate.
The Class A1 3-month Green Units and Class A2 6-month Green Units have received
pre-issuance certification as Climate Bonds by the Climate Bonds Initiative. The Units are backed by Eligible Green Loans originated by the BC Group under its Green Financing Framework. The framework is a developed and defined formal approach which incorporates the Climate Bonds Standard and the Green Bond Principles, with regards to the provision of finance to borrowers financing energy and emission intensity efficient housing.
